One of the most valuable Spanish traditions: the “siesta” (nap). On a chair, bed, sofa… or the ground. These few minutes when you feel the food in your stomach and all your blood going there. Your body slows and your brain just becomes drained. Then, you stop, close your eyes and feel the warmth of a blanket or the sun helping to digest the food. After that, you get up in a better humor and strengthened by new energy.
